After a few days of this getting up at dark and going to bed at 9:00 we got use to it. Lots of classes learning all the helpful things a military person needs to know to stay alive. Then all the marching, running, and physical stuff to get our fat bodies in shape. I really didn't think I was overweight at that age but I did end up losing about 15 pounds in 10 weeks. Almost time to graduate before you know it.
